The Rockets & Space Event at the Royal Gunpowder Mills at Waltham Abbey have kindly extended to UKRA an invitation to hold our AGM at the event. This will be on Saturday the 21st of June.

In addition to the always riveting UKRA AGM the event includes rocket workshops, low power launches, talks, displays and, of course, Waltham Abbey's rather cool looking rocket exhibition!

Normally we would give 6 weeks notice of an AGM, but as I'm sure you'll appreciate, this would seem to be an offer too good to miss; if anyone has any serious objections or problems with this date then please get in touch and we'll see what we can do.

Given the slightly short notice it is obviously important that any member wishing to contribute an item to the agenda do so as quickly as possible by forwarding details to the Secretary.

And another thing...

We need people to stand for Council!

Anyone wishing to place themselves on the ballot for this year should contact the Secretary as soon as humanly possible.
